[TAC] Tactical Operations
Welcome to the Rainbow 6 Tactical Operations Clan charter page. Our mission is to play hard, play fair, play to win, but most of all to have fun. This page serves as the field manual for current clan approved operatives as well as the guidelines for prospective new members. If you would like modifications made to the charter please contact [TAC].
Determination
All Tactical Operations Clan approved members will have the [TAC] service tag on their Xbox Live user ids, however merely having this service tag does not validate you are a [TAC] Clan member. Listing here in the charter member’s names is the only official record of membership. [ Warning - Impersonators will be hunted down and shot...survivors will be shot repeatedly! ]

Official Clan Members
A list of official clan members is loosely maintained on the Official Clan Members page, and an ongoing list of prospective players the clan has expressed an interest in inducting into the clan are on the Official Prospects page. If you would like to join the clan, the requirements are that you have the ability to play in an orderly way, have a microphone and use it, and observe the R.O.E. and other clan rules found here. To begin induction, please speak to clan members directly about being nominated as a prospect, or in some rare cases direct induction.
R.O.E.
Rules of Engagement [R.O.E.] can be found on the R.O.E. page, and are the backbone to the clan. Observing these rules is a mandatory requirement for becoming a clan member. Breaking these rules is grounds for court martial, trial by combat, or being expunged from the clan.
ROLES
Each member is assigned a role. While it is possible for certain versatile members to work more than one role, each role in and of itself is very important, and to be taken seriously. Members are assigned a role for a reason, and should take pride in that knowing their contribution of certain skills to the team has been recognized by giving them very specific responsibilities. Each role is like the wheels on a car, the whole team moves efficiently because each wheel rolls smoothly.
